Thabang Richard More (born 16 September 1997), better known by his stage name Deejay Sunflame, is a South African record producer and DJ. He began his career around 2015 and has released One EP album as well as Singletracks. Deejay Sunflame. In September 2016, he released his first track called Happy Days, a few weeks after the release of his first single, He released the second single called The Moment.

Personal life

Thabang was born on 16 September 1997 in Sebokeng, South Africa. He later moved to Bophelong, were he grew up.

Early career

More studied BnB and Guest House Management at NWU Vaal Triangle in 2016. His first big break was when his song "The Amarok" was released on December 2017.

Music career

2015: The Sunrise

In 2015, he launched his career with a song called The SaxPlay. Later that year he released his first album called The Sunrise which is not available on different sites but the songs only on Reverbnation, Deejay Sunflame his album, "The Sunrise" was created using very basic music-making software. "I don't know how to explain the production stages of my album because all I did was put down the basic ideas that I had, I didn't use any MIDI controllers everything was played with a computer mouse"

2016: Buyisa

By 2016, Deejay Sunflame had some basic level skills on how to up your game in style of music. In the same year, he released his second studio album titled "Buyisa ", the Sixties track album called Happy Days is available on YouTube for Streaming.

2017: Life Journey & Singles

In 2017, Deejay Sunflame did his third album called "Life Journey" released two songs as single tracks called " Keep Your Eyes Open" and "(Bahane Bana Kar (Sunflame's Touch) later that year he released his first vocal song called "The Amarok" Same year Deejay Sunflame searched for a vocalist couldn't find one than his Brother-in-law Vigo P "Pakiso Elias Sobane" appeared but didn't work on any project.

2018: FriendNi EP, Inspired EP & Singles

2018 Deejay Sunflame has worked on three albums and released single tracks, ‘’FriendNi EP’’ has remix of "Dance With Me" by Laurie Webb remixed by Deejay Sunflame, "FriendNi EP" has featured Vigo P with songs called "Saka" and "Sweet Soul (Touch Of Flute)" also featured Isaiah his high school friend who is a composer song called "Dlala Ka Yona"

Deejay Sunflame released singles tracks called "Ama'Ex (No More Looking Back" and "Tlholo" featuring Vigo P.

On the 06 July 2018 Thabang released his second EP Album called "Inspired EP", He is inspired by different Deep, Tech, Acid, and Electro House Composers, Producers and DJs such as Atjazz, Da Capo, Godfathers Of Deep House SA, Jullian Gomez, Pablo Fiero, Ed-Ward and many more.

2019: Duo/Group, Multiple EPs and Singles

Duo/Group - (Your Daughters)

Deejay Sunflame released multiple EPs and Single this current year with no features on the EPs. Sunflame and Vigo P formed a Duo/Group called Vigosun MusiQ because they work together most the time, they released their first single called Your Daughters which was the first track of Deejay Sunflame and Vigo P worked together to be released on different Online Music Stores.

My Life In Music EP

Sunflame was inspired by Glenn Lewis and Nteeze & Andy with Midtempo sounds when he started with My Life In Music EP project, he grew up listening to their music the melodies and rhythms of the sound, he released the EP earlier this year June 14, 2019, which has 5 Songs.

Thinking EP

It was released the following week after My Life In Music was released both on Bandcamp site of Deejay Sunflame page thinking of collaborating with other local artists as the Playlist names say as follows Aggressive Mind Think So Hard Too, the album was released on June 21, 2019.
